Skin Care Products Empty Skin Care Products

What brand/type of skin care products do you use? Right now, I am loving Neutrogena for my face. For my body, I have been using Yardley's Oatmeal and Almond Soap (only $1 at the Dollar Tree) along with their generic form of Lubriderm lotion at the Dollar Tree. This has been working out well for me.
